I love that the winter months provide me with time for creativity. This year I set a goal for myself to enjoy what I do more by doing more fun, creative sessions (hopefully at least once a month!). I had a vision and inspo for a super girly, Y2K theme mall photo shoot!
I wanted:
✨ All things girly
✨ Color tile in a bathroom
✨ All the shopping bags
✨ Lots of pink and fun patterns
✨ Fun accessories like lip gloss, bubble gum, sunglasses, and magazines.
We started in the bathroom (weirdest location ever? lol) for "getting ready" photos and then went out into the mall by the stores!
I also wanted to have fun editing these. Editing photos can become a tedious task, so I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone and really play around! I opted for punchy saturated color and lowered the texture in the background for a fun glow in the shopping photos- usually I edit my color for warm natural vibes and shoot for a crisp background.
Thanks so much to Chloe and Emma for modeling and making my vision come to life!
